STEP 1 - Access the Reporting Form:
Choose how you would like to open the secure report form:
- QR Code: Open your mobile camera or scanner and scan the official Whistleblowing QR Code to open the form.
- Website Link: Click [Whistleblowing Report – Fill out form] to open the submission page. (Note: Alternatively, you can email your report directly to whistleblowing@vattanacbank.com.)
STEP 2 - Complete the Report:
- Provide a clear description of the incident, including dates, locations, individuals involved, and any supporting evidence.
- Choose whether to provide your contact details or remain 100% anonymous.
STEP 3 - Submit the Report
- Click "Submit". Your report will instantly land in the Head of Compliance’s locked inbox for immediate review and triage.
Protection & Confidentiality
- Strict Confidentiality: All reports are routed exclusively to the Head of Compliance to ensure maximum privacy and restricted access.
- Anonymity: Whistleblowers have full freedom to submit reports anonymously. (Note: Providing contact details is optional but helps facilitate a more comprehensive investigation if further information is needed.)
- Non-Retaliation Protection: Vattanac Bank strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or adverse employment consequences against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
