Phnom Penh, Cambodia – 7 May 2026 – The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Anthony Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Vattanac Bank, and Dr. Khoo Chow Huat, Managing Director of Sunway Medical Centre, during a ceremony held at the iconic Rosewood Hotel, Vattanac Capital, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Shaharuddin Onn, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, along with senior management and representatives from both organizations.

Through this collaboration, Vattanac Bank Visa cardholders will enjoy exclusive healthcare privileges at Sunway Medical Centre, including 10% off Health Screening Packages, 15% off inpatient room charges, complimentary airport transfer for Premium Customers and in-patients, as well as special accommodation privileges at selected Sunway properties.

As part of the partnership, both institutions also agreed in principle to collaborate on innovation and other exclusive privileges for Vattanac Bank customers.
