Terms and Conditions

1. For 5,500 riels

Provides 5,500 riel to the referrer every time a new customer opens an account. This incentive is only available if the referrer and the referee meet the following conditions:

• The referrer and referee must complete at least 8 transactions monthly.

• Referrer maintains an average balance of $80 monthly.

• Referee maintains an average balance of $40 monthly.

• The incentive is valid from the date the referee opened the account successfully until the end of the campaign.

The incentive is received only once per referral and paid monthly to the referrer's Riel account after the win is confirmed within 2 weeks.

2. For Smart Watch

One smartwatch will be awarded to the referrer or referee who has the most transactions per month and meets the following conditions:

• Make at least 50 transactions per month.

• If the number of transactions is equal, the account balance will be used to determine the winner

• For the referrer, maintains an average balance of $80 monthly.

• For referees, maintains an average balance of $40 monthly.

• The prize is valid from the date the referee opened the account successfully until the end of the campaign.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Each customer can win only one smartwatch during the campaign.

• Referrers can win both the 5,500 Riel and the Smart Watch.

• The number of successful referrals will also be counted as transactions.

• VB reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign with at least 7 days' notice on its website.

• Customers must regularly check VB’s social media and website for updates.

• Participation implies consent to data use for Campaign and marketing purposes.

• VB is not liable for any loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence conducted by VB.

• VB may disqualify customers for non-compliance or fraudulent activities.
